Products and Safety

We sell hair removal products, including hair removal lotions, creams and sprays in bottles. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors, packaging and labels may vary slightly.

Read the label. Follow all directions, warnings and ingredient lists on the product.
Patch test first. Test a small area of skin 24 hours before full use.
Don't use if you have allergies, sensitive skin, open wounds, sunburn, or a skin condition, or if you are pregnant or nursing, unless your doctor approves.
Avoid sensitive areas. Keep products away from eyes, mucous membranes and broken skin unless the label says otherwise.
Stop use and seek medical help if irritation, burning, or a reaction occurs.

Our products are cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Results vary from person to person.

Orders and Payment

All prices are in [USD] and may change without notice.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and other payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
You agree to give accurate billing and shipping information.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you.

Processing time is typically [1-2] business days. Delivery time is typically [5-7] business days after that.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, customs or weather.
Because products may ship from different locations, items in one order may arrive separately and from different origins.
You are responsible for providing a correct address. We are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect address.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within [30] days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used hair removal products.
To start a return, email [cloudsensestore@gmail.com] with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.
If your order arrives damaged, leaked or wrong, contact us within [7] days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit false or misleading information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our products.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cloud sense is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for personal injury caused by our negligence where the law doesn't allow that limit.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless cloud sense and its owners, employees and suppliers from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
